UH5300 spectrophotometer was developed pursuinga new operability which has never existed in the past and theinstrument can be controlled by iPad or Windows Pc. When analyzing many samples or a change over a long period oftime, the realtime confirmation of the data from a remote area is possible. The next sample can be prepared based onthe analysis result or the status of the analysis can be confirmed at any time and therefore, the increased work efficiencycan be expected. This time, phosphate ion in drainage water, that is to be controlled through the analysis of manysamples, was analvzed. hen the callbration curve was prepared for a range of 0.01 -2.0 mg/L, a good calibrationrelationship with the correlation coefficient (R2): 0.9997 was obtained.
